On that note, they also seem to have removed a couple (The only one I noticed missing was Log Horizon) Any idea why that might by?

Also, the site needs a better web-developer. Why does it use Session data to log me in, and remember I want to see the english version? I have to log in 5 minutes after closing the window.

I'm happy to have more Angel Beats!, but how is this app sustainable? It's free, it's not subscription-based, and it doesn't have ads.

And I wonder how Vertical feels about Gundam: The Origin being on ComicWalker: will some people read the digital version instead of buying print, or will it get some people interested in the title that wouldn't have been otherwise, and eventually move more copies of Vertical's fancy print edition?

I noticed ComicWalker's doing about one chapter (or 2-3 for the manga with shorter chapters) a month for most of their titles, including Gundam the Origin. At this pace, it'll almost be 2015 by the time they get to volume 2, and in December, Vertical will release volume 8.

The only one they've taken off is Log Horizon though I hope they put it back on the app and don't take any others off. They also have a manga called Mosaic Roll though its only on the mobile app and not the site for some reason.

It won't include all chapters. They'll do a "First Three Chapters, and Latest Chapter" thing, and you can buy digital versions of everything in between. I'm not quite sure how you're supposed to buy the english versions, but I know their site, http://bookwalker.jp is there to buy the Digital version of volume releases, but only in Japanese. I assume they'll be doing the same for English manga, that aren't already liscened. But i'm not sure how.
Yen Press has announced their own Digital Manga program, where you can buy E-books of their published manga, and though they say the two are unrelated, that stated that they will provide Comic Walker with the preview chapters for stuff that falls under them.
How Comic Walker will handle manga that are licensed over-seas, is anyone's guess.

Yeah, I was pretty annoyed with the removal of LH. I've since read their latest additions, and like them, but really interested in seeing the Manga adaption. I'm told that it COULD have been removed due to the fact that LH is released via a "web magazine".

I'm just really psyched to see the Non Non Biyori manga in a legal English form. And it's popularity ranking on the English site is #3, only below Evangelion and Gundam Origin...that's surprisingly good! I'd like to hope that could make an English print release of Non Non Biyori more likely.

Anyone familiar with the Angel Beats manga? Is it a continuation of the anime? Or how does it relate?

Angel Beats! - Heaven's Door is a prequel manga that takes place before Otanashi arrives and joins the crew. It shows how Yuri first forms the SSS Brigade and how they first created their weapons. Also gives a little bit more information back drop of the other characters the Anime didn't go into. Which isn't always a good thing.

I stopped reading it after awhile and picked it up again only a few chapters behind it's hard to read something that is not as good as the original franchise that got you into it. The biggest let down it's pretty boring, takes too long before anything happens, and since the Anime spoils where the series is heading it kind takes away from it a little bit. Really felt that when Otanashi showed up not only where the battles more spectacular the characters really shinned.
