I was wondering is it ok to send a letter to a company for example Funimation Ltd to ask them a question or other things?

I'm sure they welcome input or questions from fans. Depending on the question, they may not be able to give you a clear answer, but I'm sure they wouldn't just turn you away.

Typically companies value their customers, so i highly doubt they will turn u away.

Unless its sony, they just completely ignore your existence unless u show them 100$ bills

As an entertainment company, I seriously doubt that they would not expect letters from viewers. If anything, your problem would be whether or not they get your message among the many probably being sent.

A real snail-mail letter is still the best way to get heard by most American companies outside of knowing an employee or owning a substantial percentage of voting stock.

Be polite. Be honest. Be clear. Be concise.

Ideally you'll want to address your letter to an actual individual, position, or department, in that order. If you only address the letter to the company itself then it's far more likely your letter will be delayed or ignored completely.
