Having finished the series yesterday, I have to say that the ending was that of a typical anime ending. An open or confusing ending. However, I was totally knocked out when spoiler[Kaku went to Totaku after he saw Hakufu, then he told Kaku, "Undress." UNDRESS?!!! YEAH!! Anime hyper Watching her do that is one of the highlights of the series, definetly. Then I don't know EXACTLY where Totaku stuck his hand, but I have a pretty good idea where Very Happy ] It was a good series though, and you got to figure out who was behind what in the end. An excellent fanservice anime. I hate to say this however, but I think Tenjo Tenge outdoes this one. Kanu is definetly one to drool over, yes indeed.

Ii finally managed to finish this series last night. so I have a few random thoughts. It might be my memory since I took a good amount of time between volumes, but the last episode seemed to have much better production values compared to most of the series. There are those mini eye catches in the series (much like Desert Punk if memory serves). Did the series have a different commercial break structure, instead of the standard mid point one? Is the shot of the sundae after the OP the slate "kono bangumi..." behind the listed sponsors? Did anyone else find the Geneon extra with the director taking photos of those young girls a bit creepy?

Overall, I can't say that I enjoyed the series. I assume the anime is only the first part of the manga, since the series feels like an intro to something much larger.

yes it is and the manga goes much more in depth with the story and you see the whole second half of the story line. I heard news that starting soon a second season will be airing in Japan so if it's true we might get a second season of the anime here next year, which would be nice. Only time will tell. If you liked the anime though get the manga. It's voule 5 or 6 I think where the second half of the story starts. It's right after the Hakafu/Ukitsu fight.
