Awesome. I hope the second season will be as good as the first. Though with Mao, Kirara, and Shion graduating I'm not sure how they would do it. More of the little sisters maybe? Or a season that runs concurrent to the first as I know there is still a lot of content that they didn't adapt. Either way, glad to hear it was green-lit even with the substandard BD sales.

YES! I knew sacrificing newborns to pagan deities would work!!!!
Now I just need to gather 20 more innocent souls for Satan so that Oda Nobuna No Yabou gets a second season.

Heck, knowing this series they'll probably just have them enroll in the adjoined college and Mao, Kirara, and Shion will just hang out in the club room.

I have no clue how this made financial sense, but
Not that it needed one. The ending was pretty perfect.

It didn't look like an expensive anime either. There was basically one set, so I'm sure reusing backgrounds wasn't difficult.

This makes me very happy. This and Love Live were honestly two of the best Winter shows, and it's great that they both have sequels.

You have my sword... I mean ceremonial dagger. Can't wait for more Oda.
GJ-bu was so lighthearted that I'm glad there will be 2nd season. I just wonder what exactly it will be. Chutobu time? New club members? Old gays just hanging out in theirs free time?

Someone told me that the first season covered all 9 volumes of the novels. So was he wrong and how many volumes did the first season actually cover?

My understanding is that it covered content from all of them, though plenty was skipped as well. It ended with the graduation from the last volume though. There's also a spin-off about the little sisters, so it could cover that as well.
