Was kinda hoping it would have uncut version of the original yugioh and gasch bell as well as the rest of saint seiya that ADV didn't released, but that got squashed. or if possible they had released them as an uncut english sub release cause i definitely would have gotten those DVDs even though it will be english sub only.

OK, anybody know if Saint Seiya is bilingual or is it dub only?

I could consider it but would like to know before I consider that.

Ah well, at least all of the YGO classic Dub will be on DVD this time, and in more available and affordable boxsets. If they continue releasing a season every 2 month, we could finally have the complete Season 4 as early as March.

Apparently they're also doing some artwork on the DVD spines so that all 5 complete season sets make an image of Exodia, with the volume sets make an image of Yugi and the Pharaoh.

Dang! I get the feeling that New Video wants me to go broke X3. (Adds Zatch Bell onto my list of things to buy.)

Nobody knows yet. This company doesn't exactly do press releases or anything. We'll find out as time gets closer. I send them an email, but I'm not sure they'll answer since they didn't do it the last time I sent them one.

I saw these on a flyer while I was at Anime Expo, guess that explains that. Was the Saint Seiya series even fully dubbed/released before? If not, thats sorta unfortunate for the fans. Didn't Discorek license some of the movies a while back?

Although if they're calling it Saint Seiya instead of Knights of the Zodiac, chances are they have ADV's uncut dub which would also mean uncut footage. And you know what that means? At least the possibility of a bilingual release. I guess it just depends if they want to cough up the money for the Japanese audio or not.

ADV only dubbed, subbed & released up to episode 60 and yeah, Discotek did release 4 of the movies.

Viz only dubbed up to episode 104 of Zatch Bell (77 aired in the US while the rest aired in Canada) so people who want the full show are also screwed here.

ADV only dubbed 60 episodes, so this release will probably just contain those.

Discotek did license the first 4 movies.

EDIT: Ha, beaten to the punch.

Was 104ish the Zofis arc? That's the last bit I remember seeing. And I don't even think they finished airing it on YTV.

I'll only buy the Saint Seiya set if the entire series is plan to be released. But if all they are releasing is just the first 60 episodes, then I will save my money.

104 after the Zofis arc. It's the start of the "Mamodo that looks like Zatch but is evil" arc.

Safe to say Saint Seiya is probably uncut given it's Saint Seiya and not "Knights of the Zodiac".

It'd be nice to own Gash Bell and Yu-Gi-Oh, but edited-dub only releases are a no-buy.

Which begs the question: what about episodes 61-114? I can't see this company doing a sub-only release. The only other options are those episodes being dubbed (likely by Toei themselves) or them simply going un-released again.
