Sweet, more newbies!
FUNimation is, like, the ONLY company currently bringing in new blood to the dubbing scene. And I like that.

If you ignore Bang Zoom and Sentai, then you are correct

Unless those are aliases of well known VA's who didn't want their name to be associated with this title.

I see why on their fb Funi said the trailer was too risque for youtube. They were right. I did like what I saw of Shuffle (one of these days, I really need to get around to watching the last 9 episodes), so maybe.

well give it since Funi must have loads & loads dub voice roster on their anime dub works.
really give since depend who active, available, etc give besides since anime dub need prepare new names for next era of anime dubs.
besides like Funi have been calling-up new names from develop roster training camp, minor league voicing, fan dub, etc.
overall wait til full version then you can say on it.
yet seeing cast list especially on primary cast side with exception on freeman, mcdonald, potter, & jason on it.
rest of primary for example ricco & felecia they called in DxD dub, mary got lots of bit roles & looking at zoe & milly got be new names.

Some of those might be pseudonyms, since I swear to God I heard Monica Rial in the trailer, but she's not in the cast list.

Nice. A lot of new names, and a lot of older actors.

There are a lot of aliases on that list. There are only two legitimate names that I would call "newcomers" (Ricco Fajardo and Felecia Angelle). A good way to find out if a FUNi VA is an alias or not is if their only credits are ecchi or sexual shows, and they have few (if any) small roles among that list. A lot of those listed VAs' only other major show is Highschool DxD, which would definitely be an alias-heavy show.

Sentai's new voice talent has been quite promising. I haven't been to impressed with the new voice talent from Bang Zoom they lack presence and unfortunately a majority of the Sword Art Online english dub is filled with nothing but VA rookies.

This. In that trailer if you listen closely you can hear Alexis Tipton, Micah Solusod, and I believe Cherami Leigh. Definitely can hear Alexis.
Seriously, I don't know why FUNimation gets these slutty shows. Notice how these harem-y titles get better dubs than other shows FUNi's licensed? Totally lame. This show is garbage. Before I get bashed, YES, it is a known fact that eichi titles sell the best, but it doesn't make them meaningful beautiful pieces of artwork.
It's a shame that FUNi is the only main distributer that has the money to dish out decent dubs. I miss Geneon and ADV.

Actually, Bang Zoom has some really awesome newcomers (well, semi-newcomers now) like Christine Marie Cabanos, Lauren Landa, Erik Kimerer, Kira Buckland, Sarah Anne Williams, Lucien Dodge, Xanthe Huynh, Amanda C Miller, and others.
Sword Art Online has Bryce Pappenbrook, Cherami Leigh, and Cassandra Lee Morris, along with most of the above people. It's a really good cast. I'm looking forward to hearing how the show sounds.

THIS. Ecchi shows are almost like soft-core pornography in my eyes with nothing but boobs, boobs, and more boobs. Who wants to watch that?

Sentai and Bang Zoom have put out some good dubs recently. Not all of them are good (especially for the former), but most of them are. Viz's dubs with Bang Zoom and Studiopolis have turned out well too.

I hope this anime licensed by Funimation is completely UNCENSORED and UNEDITED.

Draw your own conclusions with Ocean Studios and Manga Entertainment. |
Well, since this is mostly a list of aliases, not newcomers....
Actually, FUNi doesn't quite use quite enough new talent in my eyes. They've gotten better though.
Sentai/Seraphim Digital use a lot of new talent, and share half their pool with FUNimation.
Bang Zoom has a lot of newcomers too. Look at the people I mentioned in my last post. It's THE studio to go when you're a new VA living out in Los Angeles. Studiopolis and NYAV Post are the LA studios people typically go once they've become more established (NYAV also has a NY studio, but that's neither here nor there).
Few of Ocean's VAs leave Vancouver, unless your name is David Kaye or Saffron Henderson. A couple of them have also done work in Toronto, but this is rare.
Manga Entertainment uses third party studios like Bang Zoom and (formerly) Animaze. They don't license much at all anymore. If you're talking about their UK branch, they haven't dubbed anything in about 15 years.
