I'm starting to get more excited to see this (despite the fact that I wasn't to excited for the original).
Still, it will be interesting to see a new director's take is on the material.
We can also add to the list that there is another US film sort of based off of a manga.

I. Can't. Wait. I'm one of those guys who liked the manga best, but the movie was still great. Here's hoping Spike knocks it out of the part. This and Sin City 2 are my most anticipated movies of the year.

20 years?

The time keeps getting longer, 10 in the manga, 15 in Park's film and now 20.

Can't wait to see this. I've been pretty wary during the whole production, but after reading some reviews of a test screening, I'm gearing to go. It sounds like it's got its own style while still paying some dues to the earlier film and manga. Really hope this gets a wide release.

Gotta love the poster of a man coming out of a trunk. I wonder which version Spike is using the manga or Park's version. I have to sit down and see the movie now since I've heard so much good things about it. I've read the manga and it was an interesting story. But I would love to see Park's take on it which I know is different.
