Called it, anyway I'm going to buy S;G no matter what. I can't wait to own a physical copy of the game.

HELL YEAH TO SHINY DAYS!
So buying the Limited Edition on week 1, that reminds me that I still need to get the LE for HQ (since I currently own the RE of the game). I want that Makoto keychain and I hope to see another one included with Shiny's LE.
As for the scenes involving Kotonoha's sister, if they have to edit those out then that's ok with me because I'll still buy either way.

Was a physical release mentioned? I'd love a physical copy, and JAST has done some in the past, but aren't most of their releases digital only? Though I would like to believe that they'd think S;G is worthy of a physical copy.

You are confusing Jast USA with Mangagamer.

AAAAAAA I'm so buying this! I've been wanting to give Steins;Gate a try, but hate watching adaptations without seeing the source material.
Although I knew this would never in a million years happen, I kinda hoped there'd be English voices with Funimation's cast, but everything's still cool.

I agree that having dual audio with the Funimation cast would have been the most ideal outcome. I'm sure it could have been accomodated relatively easily on a single disk for a physical release. Still, this is probably the best any of us can hope for. Dubbing is expensive, after all.

It's already been translated. Are they going to translate the new VN that's on the consoles? The PC VN is already done and over with.
