There are no edits in Inuyasha this season. Who was the first to state this?

Hmmm...must of missed it, though I did miss the one with Kyle in it too. I guess I just never really pay attention to those.

The big problem with doing the Lists for Inuyasha is the way Viz Video is handling releasing the DVDs.
The latest DVD was only released on August 26, and it only has up to episode 27 on it.
Cartoon Network just showed Episode #39.
It's going to be a while to find out if CN's claim holds water.

Edit: I put in wrong release date for the last DVD

Heh, that is assuming Kyle doesn't have old fansubs. I think they got thru episode 90 before viz bought Inuyasha.

kyle doesn't use fansubs for comparison -- fansubs (by their nature) are FANsubs, and are not the legitimate product.
Even if we could use a legitimate subbed version (The R2s Inu Yasha discs are NOT subbed [ergo all subbed 'import' IY DVDs are bootlegs]) there still would not be an Edit List. The Edit Lists are important, but they require a comparison of the broadcast dub to the unedited dub.
It's assumed that there will be differences between the dub and the sub.. in fact, simply how one reads creates a difference in style compared to how one hears.
So we just gotta wait for the next batch of IY DVDs to come out.

He didn't get 1000+ posts locking topics. (though that would be quite the record...)

No chance in hell. At least where Saturday is the ONLY day it's on. There may be a time where it's on weekdays AND Saturdays, but certainly never JUST Saturdays.

They have another action block on saturday now anyway and it has anime on with Rurouni Kenshin and .hack//sign(if it's still on). If it's difficult to stay up and watch Adult Swim, tape it and watch it in the evening the next day. That's what I do.
