Medaka Box and Kodomo no Jikan, two shameless proponents and intelligent critics of their subject matter, both ending this week. My manga reading will feel so much emptier...

If I know Nishio and Medaka Box, I expect to see some trolling in the near future...like in a couple of weeks. " Hey guys, here's a spinoff" or "JK, here's a new arc."

Of course it ended. How else would they make room for the sequel series set just after it ended?

Did you SEE the ending to S2? That alone nulls any chances of one. Plus it had crappy sales. Anyway cant wait to see the ending.

The end has finally come..
You fought hard, Medaka Box, and you did well..

Now to wait for the translators to do their final, (Medaka Box-related), task..

I'm hoping that GAINAX will do us, and themselves, a favor by animating the Student Council Battle Arc.
They should've known, going into the project, that Medaka Box is the type of series that you gun straight towards the juicy bits, regardless of the success of the foundations of said bits.

Don't get your hopes up after how terrible the anime sold. Gainax was just half assing it by the end of it with very little budget since they knew it was a lost cause.

I doubt a season 3 will be announced any time soon as I myself thought the series was kinda dull. The manga is entertaining though imo so kinda sad to see it end.

This really sucks. I've been expecting the end at the end of every arc now for months, but I kept hoping that it would keep going and going.
