I was kinda expecting a 3DS remake, as pretty much the same thing happened with Persona 4 The Animation and Golden. Just ordered DS2 from Amazon about a week ago (it's on backorder, so I haven't gotten it yet), but I'll still get the Remake, since Overclocked was such a big improvement over the original DeSu.

I went to this event yesterday and they showed the first 4 episodes! That was a surprise since I think everyone was just expecting the first episode.
The series has high production values and the devils they have to defeat reminded me of the Angels in Eva. It doesn't seem like any real logic is required to defeat the devils though since all they're doing is pointing their cellphones around. σ(^_^;) Byakko is pretty darn cool though. Hibiki is a bit similar to Quon in Towanoquon, which may put off some people. A similar voice is used by Kamiya to portray the character too. But hey, no complaints there! (Totally biased.) Oh I found it fun to watch, as I'm not the type who nitpicks or analyzes while watching, but if you were to point out weaknesses then I guess this would be among them. The animation is quite superb. |

It doesn't sound like my type of series unfortunately but I do want to watch it for Kamiya Hiroshi & Sakurai Takahiro.

If KZ uses Miku for that opening it will be a first for a vocaloid. It's making me all bubbly just thinking about it.

They sound loooooooovely so you definitely won't be disappointed in that department.
