While I'm certainly in no way opposed to the fan service spoiler[Aoi] and her "deceptively large breasts" presented for us this episodes, I am rather glad the individual character episodes seem to be over. Now hopefully we can get back to the mystery at hand. after the beach/pool episode of course.

Was anyone else turned off by Charle's bikini...? Do Japanese boys actually like enormous fake-looking boobs? Honestly I think Rikka is the best female in the show. I am rooting for her to win, if anyone wins at all.

Apparently many do. Enough to make a market for it. Personally I have never seen the appeal, but it clearly not just a Japanese thing. In fact you can find artwork that glorifies it in almost any culture and any age except Japan before they were contaminated with western interests. Look at for example the fertility goddess sculptures from prehistoric times -- ginormus garbanzas. (yuck) The traditional Japanese reportedly liked modest bosoms.

Trivia: In the Ian Fleming novel You Only Live Twice the Japanese secret service boss Tiger complains about this to James Bond.

You might as well get used to it. It keeps selling they will keep drawing them that way.

That is comparing apples to oranges. You don't see that much large breasts in American adult cartoons.

Do we really need another fanservice thread? My vote is no.

That said this last episode was tiresome and off-putting given that it was for utterly nothing but catering to all the fanservice consumers. Why not just browse the stills and animated GIFs? (NSFW link) You would save a lot of time for something more worthwhile.

It would be hard to imagine an episode where less of significance happens. We have to wait for the absolute last 10 seconds for that. But at this point I have little interest in discussing it.

Holy cock-tease batman, 21 minutes of fan service tropes, and I think I might actually be upset if that's all it turns out to be. But MangaGamer will probably get it at some point. wasn't all bad, aggressive Rikka is nice. I do like Charles, but no, her second bikini wasn't really a tun on. It's probably just a joke, but I always assumed Utamaru was genderless. Was that spoiler[Minatsu] they ran into after the credits?

Le sigh, I don't understand this show anymore. A whole episode dedicated to an annoying side character and a few random people that look important but we probably wont see again. that was some pretty epic air hockey though. who would have thought that spoiler[Suginami] of all people would be the one to get this show back on track?
