For me, it's amusing that right now in Space Battleship Yamato 2199 Koichi Yamadera is voicing arch-despot Desler, while Rie Tanaka is voicing reimagined pilot Akira Yamamoto (who was a guy in the original version), who in this story is attracted to lead hero Susumu Kodai.... who was voiced in Yamato Resurrection by... Koichi Yamadera

From Tiffa to Lacus. Even though I love Tiffa and hate Lacus, I think Tanaka's hotter than Kanai, while Kanai is cuter. Also, Mew marries Sori?(Solidad). Still, I love both VAs and they are on my top 10 list of best Japanese voice actors.

I don't know about that. They seem to have gotten a lot of positive tweets and up-votes. Maybe Japan is starting to get over the idol-purity thing. I've always kind of felt sorry for the celebrities over there. They are seemingly not allowed a personal life. Anyway... They look really cute and happy together.
