Hello to ANN Forum-goers! I'm Pablo, I live in Texas, and I'm way too old to be watching anime. I try to watch as many of the more substantive anime shows every season. I haven't posted in a forum in years. Please go easy on me.

Hey, nbahn!
When are we going to get a proper introduction from you? I, for one, would love to learn more about you. |

Just so long as you are not an online stalker! On a (more-or-less) serious note, may I ask just exactly what sparked your curiosity regarding me? Inquiring minds want to know!* *At one point in time that was a slogan used by a supermarket tabloid. |

I agree with errinundra. It's hard to pinpoint one reason why I'm interested. It's just that you've been here for a while, brightening up the forum and contributing to threads and after a while you start to think: hey, that guy's fun, but I don't know much about him.
@Pablo_Equis: Welcome! There's no such thing as being too old to do the things you love. In fact, enjoying life may have a positive effect on aging. I hope you enjoy it here. There are a lot of older regulars here - based on what your definition of that is, of course. I wouldn't say 40 or 50 is old, but a lot of people (not trying to overgeneralize) see anime as something for teenagers and kids. We have almost every age group here, except for <10>70 years, I believe. I would like to break every age record existent, but it'll take a while before I achieve that . |

A Mystery puts it nicely. You cheer the place up. Now that Tris8 has completed the index it's easy to see who's done an introduction. You post here a lot so it seems natural you should have your moment in the spotlight.

Since you and A Mystery put it so nicely, it is really hard for me to say no ; but right now I am in the middle of final exams for my networking class -- so you two will have to wait until later this week! |

Guinea pigs make the best pets. Sweet, cuddly, and easy to take care of^^ I miss having one I love Rick Riordan's books too^^ They're a lot of fun! Welcome to the forum, and don't worry about your age; I know I've seen at least a couple of preteens running around here, and there are plenty of teenagers like me who are only a couple years older (And you seem to type better than a lot of them, so you're already off to a pretty good start! xD) |

Your the same age as my brother youngest iamalive, kind of weirds me out by how mature you sound, and the fact I know a few other 11 year olds through scouting, feels a little weird. But at the same time I can understand some interest as I have shown him everything in my collection that was not too sexual or violent, including the sad ones that made him cry.
I can agree that Death Note is pretty cool, but I would not let my brother watch it, I guess I was worried about the whole killing thing. I actually found the series could be really complex, and things could be hard to follow at times. Though I showed my brother Spice and Wolf that is at least 3 times more complex. And gaming is in fact a hobby, otherwise I would not have many others than watching anime. |
