Celsys Introduces Paid Optional Plan for Extra Cloud Storage Exclusively to Clip Studio Paint Subscribers

January 28, 2025 - As part of the follow-up update for CLIP STUDIO PAINT, the illustration, manga, webtoon, and animation app, Celsys is now offering subscribers an optional add-on plan to increase cloud storage.

The Clip Studio cloud service allows users to work on the same files between their iPad, Windows, macOS, or Android devices, without worrying about OS compatibility. For example, users can upload projects drawn on a tablet on the go to the cloud, and then download it from the cloud to a computer at home to continue drawing. This service is available for material backup, software backup, teamwork function, and more.

Until now, we have provided all users with 10GB of cloud storage, but we have received requests from many users to increase the maximum cloud capacity. With the addition of this new plan that meets the needs of users, we aim to increase retention of subscription users and increase revenue.
