They're trying to build publicity for Toonami, yet they won't hold a(n) panel/event about it at the first convention after it came back on the air.

It makes me wonder... after all the excitement about Toonami coming back, is anyone actually still watching it? |

Wait, they're trying to build publicity for Toonami? Since when? |

This convention notwithstanding they have actually started promoting Toonami way more in these past 16 weeks than they did for the block the entirety of the last two years. |

This is not really about Toonami. The Adult Swim guys just have always been popular at the NYCC. The only panel auditorium with bigger attendance last year was Jay and Silent Bob.
Also, the Crypton folks, Yu Asakawa, Danny Choo, among others will be there too: http://www.newyorkcomiccon.com/en/Press-And-Pros/Press-Releases/The-Japan-Foundation-To-Feature-Four-Guests-At-New-York-Comic-Con/ Crypton will make a special announcement as part of their Sunday panel. |
