This has got to be one of the coolest figures I've ever seen.

Yeah, that's a good figure. Have a gander at this page. These are, as far as I can tell, the figure designer's notes (Eden Plastics).

Sadly as furoku for the Dengeki Daioh June 2004 issue, she's not possible to obtain via regular retail means. I have not seen her offered in collector shops in Japan either. Crying or Very sad
