Should I get this? I've heard great things and some bad things.
Like I heard after about volume 5 it gets boring, and there is 21 volumes Shocked
Some manga's I like are
Kodocha
Hana Kimi
Fruits Basket
Imadoki
Alice 19th
Meru Puri
Gakuen Alice
Parfait Tic

And some manga's I don't like are
Mars
Basara
Chobits
So can anybody recommend this?

Some people love it and are into the characters. Personally, I got sick of reading it by around volume 4. Then again, I never was much of a shojo person...

It depends on your tastes. Kare Kano is more drama-oriented than most of the manga you listed, I think.
