Aren't they supposed to sell manga at the set price? (Usually 7.95, 9.99, 11.95, etc...)

When a Suncoast near me was closing, they had manga for under $4. Overstock also regularly has six buck manga. But before wondering if those are bootlegs...
1) Were they English graphic novels or original Japanese tankoubon?
2) Were they new or used?
3) Does Mace's sell other anime stuff? (I don't live near any Mace's)

um it's very rare to have manga bootleg. If there were bootleg of manga, than it would be in chinese. Printing cost is too high for bootlegger to profit. At Bookoff, you can buy used manga for about a buck or two.

If you don't know what Mace's is, there's always google.
I think this is the store's site http://www.macescloseoutcity.com/index.asp
