I recently bought the 6th volume, thinking it was the last, yet it doesn't end. When I looked on tokyopop.com they only showed 6 volumes, and same with ann. What happened here? I'm really hoping that there's an ending, so please tell me what's going on.

The series is still ongoing in Japan. Six is the most recent volume released, and TP is waiting for the next one to translate.

Thanks, that's what I thought might be going on. So will there only be 7 volumes, or is it going to be longer?

I honestly have no clue, as I don't read the series myself. But you can check and see the current volume released in Japan here along with other titles.

It will probably continue being released by TP, unless the series is wildly unpopular here. As long as it continues in Japan, it'll probably be released here. Saiyuki, for example, is nine volumes, but a few months ago, only about 4 volumes were stated on their site.
