Oh, I hope they put out stamps with more recent series, too.

I'm sure there's bound to be some Miyazaki stamps eventually. It's less of an "if" question and more of a "when" question.

Anyways, this is pretty cool. America has Mickey Mouse stamps, and now Japan has Pokemon stamps. Very Happy

Oh I'll be getting about 10 sheets of those Gundam stamps.

I think the reason, however, that there are no Miyazaki stamps, but there are Gundam, GE999 and Pokemon stamps, is that often, Miyazaki movies are very popular, but the 3 series have been actual animated social phenomena.

Ther may already have been Miyazaki stamps. As stated in the article, there have been anime stamps made available in the past, they just weren't parts of special colections the way these are...

Who would want pokemon dvds anyway? :p
I hope they make some Gundam Seed and Gundam Seed Destiny stamps as well. It's rather sad that they are making pokemon stamps, but oh well. Sad

Actually, you can make your own Anime Stamps...sorta.

The Smoking Gun had fun during a test run of Photostamps from Stamps.com by putting pictures of some notorious characters and an infamous dress.

Read their terms of Service, but you do have a possible outlet.
