Her art looks nice, but her characters look too similar in my opinion. I stopped reading one of her manga (forgot which one it was really) because I kept confusing the characters with each other and it was becoming too much of a bother just too keep track on who is really talking.

This is cool. I'd be interested if she starts doing work for more "grown up" magazines. I wonder if she'll change her art at all...

I have this problem, too. I've read a ton of series of by her, I really enjoy them... but there are times when I flip back and forth between a few pages going, "Wait... who said that?" Usually it's not anything too drastic for the story line that I can't just continue, but sometimes it is and its frustrating. Still find myself drawn to her stories, though.

As a guy she is one of the few shoujo artist that I really really like. Her art style is beautiful, and I like her stories as well, still ticked off that they did not finish releasing the full moon dvds.

Totally agree. I had that "who said that" problem w/ Gentlemen's Alliance tbh. It ruined a good moment in the series because it lost impact when I had to look back to make sure I was right on who said that. So I've only read Full Moon and Gentlemen's Alliance. Not interested in her future works I'm afraid.

Kinda sad that she's leaving Ribon magazine after all these years. But I guess this leaves room for more new artists to join Ribon. Anyway, it'll be interesting to see how she ends her last series in Ribon magazine.
lol I love how she posted this on 11/11/11 at 11am. xD

Now she will not be limited by the kiddy boundaries and get to shine like the genius she is!!
........don't know what everyone's bitching about with her characters looking alike. I can always tell them apart?
