The Countdown Conjoined! release of Countdown conflates two different releases by that title—the one by SoftCel Pictures and the one by TRSI/Critical Mass Video.
The release date and cover are those of the SoftCel release, but the SKU and UPC are those of the CMV release. The Slayers - Super Explosive Demon Story (manga) entry's releases include the Slayers light novels as well as the manga; the light novel releases need to been deleted. (The novel series is awaiting approval, preferably by someone who is better at Japanese than I.)

Whew, finished fixing everything, except for the DBZ releases reported by Rogue Leader. That one is really tricky. The release numbering is completely out of whack, no matter which retailer I compare it to. After making a list of all DVDs chronologically ordered by episode, the problem seems to be twofold:
1) rightstuf uses DVD numbers that are unrelated to episode order; maybe the episode were release out of order? 2) after DVD 34, many volume numbers are off by one; IMHO (but this is speculation) this is because DVD 34 originally contained only episodes 106-108; eps 109-110 were considered to be "eventual DVD 35" and eps 111-114 were DVD 36. But DVD 34 was re-released with the 2 missing episodes, leaving a hole in the DVD numbering. But that doesn't mean we should renumber everything; we're in the business of recording history, not re-writing it. Here's the data sorted by episode numbers, see if someone can figure it out.

I have a vague recollection of that—something about the original release being done in arcs, possibly related to the order in which the TV series was broadcast in the United States. Is DVD Set a new format option? If so, I can think of any number of multiple-disc release entries that would be more accurately described by this label.

Sorry didn't know the DBZ numbering issue was so complicated.
The listing for the Ninja Scroll OST for the movie should be moved to Ninja Scroll TV. That was my mistake. I put it under the wrong title.

Hi there,
I, uh, feel kinda silly. I noticed that the new Soul Eater release (the Weapon Collection) hadn't gotten added to the Soul Eater entry. So I decided to do it myself. I got all the URLs added okay, but then I screwed up the title. Is there any way for me to fix it, or will it necessitate someone else having to do it? As a related matter, I was wondering if the code for adding new releases could be altered so that we could preview what it will look like before actually adding it permanently to the entry. That might save others from having to fix the work of braindead people like me. :/ |

I believe that I've fixed the problem; let me know if there's anything else. A cover picture of each collection was added.
Instead of being apologetic, simply specify which part of the release entry requires correction. For titles we aren't familiar with ourselves, this would decrease the amount of time spent on background research and/or trying to trace your thinking pattern.
