I wonder if they'll pick up Manga's dub of Layton, or make one of their own.

all i can say is FINALLY!! in Regards to Fade To Black. It's been forever and alot of folks(myself included) thought they had given up on the movies.
Also Professor Layton is a awesome add. Although I would have liked to see Funi get that one so they could give it a theatrical release. I think Layton has alot of potential to be a major franchise here but I don't know if Viz will give it that attention. Although one can always hope.

I heard that Naruto Shippuden movie 2 will be released on DVD on October 25th! But this is just from a Twitter post from a twitter user. Can anyone confirm if this is true or not?

Yeah Layton movie! Super excited about this. With the 4th game coming out in the Fall and maybe the movie in late 2011 or early 2012(?) I'll have plenty of Layton to keep me occupied.

My Layton-loving friend will be very happy to hear this. She's been wanting that movie for awhile now. (That and the Phoenix Wright crossover... methinks I might drive her crazy telling her all these breaking news, don't-expect-to-actually-see-this-for-a-year-or-two announcements. )

Was wondering when they'd ever get to Fade to Black. Now I know.

Took them long enough to release the 3rd Bleach flick. Hopefully, the 4th one will be speedier.

And, we finally get the chance of getting the third Bleach movie. Though who knows how long it'll be before it hits [adult swim] which it probably will.
Also, the film being on Blu-Ray? This is something rare for VIZ Media. They don't do Blu-Rays much. Last Blu-Ray release I think they did was the live action Death Note films.

If only the Naruto & Bleach animes would finally make the leap to HD, I'd switch over to that. Widescreen is good enough by me though...
I think the live action Death Note movies were Viz's first Blu titles, right? I'm glad the 3rd Bleach movie is hitting Blu, but I find it odd that not even Japan has any of the Bleach movies on Blu yet. Just by checking Amazon.jp's listing, the fourth movie is listed for reserve, but just on DVD (with a standard and limited/collector's editions from the looks of it).

Kaze made the dub actually (it was our title, distributed by Manga). To my understanding it's 99% likely it will have the same dub too .
