That my friend, is a question that none can answer =P.

Haha. But for my guess, it just looks really bad when a movie is taken out of every theater simontaniously.

After all, they still have the DVD release to attempt to save their sorry souls. =P

Because 4Kids is the Devil!! Laughing

Seriously, I think that some locations have a few kids and aprents (god help them) going in. But with school in progress in most of the country, my guess is that it goes bye-bye within the next two or so weeks.

The shortest answer to this question would be: because it's still making enough money to warrant it's stay in theaters.

Congratulations Yu-Gi-Oh the Movie! You've made it to the #2 spot for imdb.com's bottom animated films. Bask in the glory of your badness.

It's only there because (realatively) a lot of people voted for it. There are plenty of worse animated movies out there (but for better or for worse not many people saw them), believe me. Now, I'm not say that "Yu-Gi-Oh! The Movie" was good. I'm just making a point.

Besides, look at some of those movies, stuff like Pokemon you just know people are voting on out of spite rather than marit. I'm not saying the movie is good or bad, but nothing says you have to have seen these movies to vote on them.

It took the movie 6 weeks to bring in over 19 million dollars. That's not a truckload; that's a BOMB!!!

Well, if I was a stockholder of 4Kids, i'd be demanding the heads of the idiots that thought a Yu-Gi-Oh Movie was a good idea.

$19 million in 6 Weeks? Give me a break. $19 million in two weeks? Reasonable.

If I recall, the reviews for the first pokemon good were better than yu-gi-oh's. They weren't exactly treating it like Spirited Away, but the first pokemon movie did better than Yu-gi-oh.

Yeah, the first Pokemon movie was pretty good, although the third Pokemon movie was the best one.
