If you have Cartoon Network then you have a good supply of anime, if you have Tech TV you could also try watching the anime that's on a night. I don't of any sites with movie clips, but you could try www.animenation.com I hope that helps

Clips? Hm..I guess you should just search on google or something "anime clips". But you should really read the reviews posted here, and at places like animeondvd.com to get a good glimpse of what a series is like. Because if you judge it based on a clip, or trailer or something, you might be turned off from a good series.

It all depends. In the mall, there's a place called Saturday Matinee and it's a TOTAL anime ripoff. They add five, six, seven bucks onto each DVD. Best Buy is where we get everything, 'cept they're unreliable. We've been waiting for the next volume of Gatekeepers forever!

Actually, a really good site to find anime is actually Best Buy's website (www.bestbuy.com). Usually they are cheaper then any other online site, plus they have free shipping. I have ordered from them a few times already and I highly recommend them.
BTW, what kind of anime are you into (genre wise, like sci-fi)? |

If it's clips you want then use the Anime Intro Archive. I assume you want a site to just check if you'll like a series or not, AIA can probably do just that. http://www.anzwers.org/free/animeintro/news.html Only thing is they can be a bit slow and they may not have what you'er looking for. Also if you know who is releaseing the anime you're looking for you can try to check their site for trailors.

You could always try Netflix http://www.netflix.com/Default if you like to see a title before you buy it...They have a pretty good anime selection and there are no late fees. At just 20 bucks a month it is a good alternative for those lacking in funds.
