Pixy to Perform at Otakon 2022
Washington, D.C. (May 13, 2022) – The band Pixy will make their North American debut at Otakon 2022, according to Otakorp Inc.
PIXY made their debut in February of 2021 with their digital hit single "Wings," which tells the journey of six wingless fairies. PIXY takes strong inspiration from hip hop & EDM and, in the video for the single, combines those sounds with breathtaking choreography and imagery as they invite viewers along in the search for their wings.
PIXY, who recently broke into the Top 50 in the GAON Music Chart, will perform at Otakon 2022 after returning from celebrating Shillong Cherry Blossom Festival in India.
Otakon will be held from July 29-31 in the Walter E. Washington Convention Center.
ABOUT OTAKON AND OTAKORP, INC.: Now entering its twenty-eighth year, Otakon is an annual celebration of Japanese and East Asian popular culture, and also one of the largest gatherings of fans in the United States.
