Yuuki Kaji Guest Stars in Precure Miracle Universe Anime Film

The official website for Eiga Precure Miracle Universe, the newest movie in the Precure franchise, revealed on Friday that Yūki Kaji (Attack on Titan's Eren, The Seven Deadly Sins' Meliodas) will guest star as the new character Yango. The role will be Kaji's first in the franchise.
Yūki Kaji as Yango, close adviser of the president of Planet Miracle, where Miracle Lights are made. He works as a member of the space guard.
The anime's staff also unveiled a still from the film that shows Yango and the space guard.
The film will open in Japan on March 16.
The new film will be primarily set in space, and the story will reveal the secret of the "Miracle Lights," the mysterious critical items which appear frequently in the franchise's films. (The lights are distributed to children attending theatrical screenings.) Characters from Kirakira ☆ Precure a la Mode, Hugtto! Precure, and the newly announced Star ☆ Twinkle Precure will star in the film.
Yukio Kaizawa, who co-directed the Kirakira ☆ Precure a la Mode series, is returning to direct the film. Isao Murayama (Eiga Kirakira ☆ Precure a la Mode: Paris to! Omoide no Mille-Feuille!, Maho Girls Precure!) is penning the script. Yuki Hayashi (My Hero Academia) and Asami Tachibana (DARLING in the FRANXX) are composing the music.
The currently airing Precure (Pretty Cure) series, Hugtto! Precure, premiered in February 2018. Star ☆ Twinkle Precure will premiere on ABC and TV Asahi on February 3 at 8:30 a.m. (the same timeslot as the current series).
Futari wa Precure is streaming with English subtitles on Crunchyroll and Tubi TV. Saban Brands localized two other Precure series — Smile Precure! and Dokidoki! Precure — under the titles Glitter Force and Glitter Force Doki Doki and released them on Netflix. The Glitter Force brand has since moved to Hasbro.
