Toei Confirms Star Twinkle Precure TV Anime for 2019

Toei Animation opened an official website on Thursday to officially announce the 16th Precure series, Star ☆ Twinkle Precure. The television anime will premiere next spring. The website features the logo and a tagline that reads, "Paint the sky! My own imagination!"
A trademark for Star Twinkle Precure was filed in October.
The currently airing Precure (Pretty Cure) series, Hugtto! Precure, premiered on February 4. The Eiga Hugtto! Precure ♡ Futari wa Precure All Stars Memories film premiered on October 27 in Japan.
Futari wa Precure is streaming with English subtitles on Crunchyroll and Tubi TV. Saban Brands localized two other Precure series — Smile Precure! and Dokidoki! Precure — under the titles Glitter Force and Glitter Force Doki Doki and released them on Netflix. The Glitter Force brand has since moved to Hasbro.
