Yen Press Adds A Certain Magical Index Light Novels

North American publisher Yen Press annouced during its Sakura-Con panel on Saturday that it licensed A Certain Magical Index light novel series. "Kazuma Kamachi's epic tale of clashing Magicians and Espers" with Kiyotaka Haimura's illustrations will be part of the publisher's new Yen On imprint for novels this winter.
Yen On will also be the new umbrella imprint for previous novel offerings, such as Spice and Wolf, The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, Sword Art Online, and Accel World. The imprint will launch this fall, and Yen Press aims to publish about 24 books next year.
Yen Press also announced the following titles:
Writer Takashi Nagasaki (Monster, 20th Century Boys, Master Keaton, Billy Bat, Pluto) and artist SangCheol Lee create this "new masterpiece of the grotesque" from Haksan Publishing. Chapters will begin serialization digitally worldwide on May 1.
Pandora Hearts ~odds and ends~ art book
This book features over 120 color and black-and-white illustrations from Jun Mochizuki's New York Times bestselling manga. It will ship in November.
Gō-Dere Bishōjo Nagihara Sora manga
"Two-dimensional love bursts into reality when Sora Nagihara leaps off the manga page and into Shouta Yamakawa's life in this hilarious fantasy romp from Suu Minazuki." The first volume will ship in November.
Love at Fourteen manga
"Fall in love with Kanata and Kazuki, two unusually mature teens, in this bittersweet manga from the creative talent of Fūka Mizutani." The first volume will be ship in November.
The Angel of Elhamburg manga
"aki returns to the Yen Press list with the tale of a precarious friendship between a king and his knight that begins to crumble under the weight of jealousy and contempt as a beautiful angel looks on." The Angel of Elhamburg will ship next spring.
Another novel
Yen Press offer Yukito Ayatsuji's horror novel that inspired a television anime in a hardcover omnibus print edition, after releasing it digitally last year. The edition will ship in October.
Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? light novel
Fujino Ōmori's comedy fantasy follows "a hapless adventurer and a failed goddess, with illustrations by Suzuhito Yasuda." It will ship as part of Yen On's initial launch lineup this winter.
