Discotek Adds Amazing Nuts! Video Anime Anthology

North American anime licensing company Discotek Media announced on Wednesday that it has licensed Studio 4°C's Amazing Nuts! video anime anthology. The company notes that it will release the anthology on DVD on April 29 with English subtitles.
The anthology is a compilation of four music videos: "Global Astroliner" with the song "She Loves the CREAM" by m-flo and DOPING PANDA, "Glass Eye" with the song "Smile Again" by RAM RIDER, "Kung Fu Love" with the song "Twinkle" by Kumi Koda, and "Joe and Marilyn" with the song "Here by my Side" by mink.
Studio 4°C originally released the anthology on home video in Japan in 2006.
Discotek Media also revealed release dates on Tuesday for several of its other licenses. Mazinger Z episodes 1-46 will ship on DVD with English subtitles on April 29. Additionally, the Unico double feature will ship on DVD with English and Japanese audio tracks on April 29 (The DVD version will not have the pilot). Discotek released the Blu-ray Disc version of these two films on Tuesday. Lastly, Jin-Roh will ship on DVD with English and Japanese audio tracks on April 29. The DVD release will include interviews and a trailer.
