Nozomu Tamaki Ends Dance in the Vampire Bund: Sledge Hammer Manga, Starts Part II

The December issue of Kadokawa's Comic Flapper magazine published the final chapter of Nozomu Tamaki's Dance in the Vampire Bund: The Memories of Sledge Hammer manga on Tuesday. Additionally, the preview image for the January 2014 issue on sale on December 5 revealed that Tamaki will launch a new Dance in the Vampire Bund manga titled Scarlet Order - Dance in the Vampire Bund 2. The preview hints that Akira and Mina will return, and the drama between the two will begin once again.
Tamaki launched the Sledge Hammer mini-series in Comic Flapper last November. Retailer Taiyosha is listing the third volume as the series' final volume. Kadokawa will ship the third volume in Japan on December 21.
Comic Flapper had announced in September 2012 that Tamaki would start Part II of the manga in spring 2013.
Seven Seas published Tamaki's original Dance in the Vampire Bund manga and the spinoff series Dive in the Vampire Bund. Tamaki ended Part I of Dance in the Vampire Bund in Comic Flapper in October 2012. Seven Seas announced last month that it will publish the Vampire Bund: The Memories of Sledge Hammer manga in North America, with the first volume slated to ship next month.
The Dance in the Vampire Bund television anime series aired in 2010, and Funimation released the anime in North America.
