Nisekoi Anime Designed by Arakawa Under the Bridge's Sugiyama

This year's 40th issue of Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump is reporting on Monday that the Nisekoi anime adaptation will have character designs by Nobuhiro Sugiyama. Sugiyama previously provided designs for Arakawa Under the Bridge and the sequel Arakawa under the Bridge × Bridge, as well as ef: a tale of melodies and ef: a tale of memories. He also worked on the Monogatari anime adaptations as an animation director.
Naoshi Komi's romantic comedy manga Nisekoi launched as a regular series in Weekly Shonen Jump magazine in November 2011. The anime series will premiere in Japan in January.
