Mawaru Penguindrum Volume 2 Delayed to October 21

Fourth Kaze delay announcement in recent days.
Manga Entertainment announced on its twitter feed:
Kazé have informed us that Penguindrum Part 2 has been pushed back to 21st October. Sorry guys, completely out of our control.
This is the fourth delay to a Kaze release announced in recent days, following Tiger & Bunny Part 4, Nura: Rise of the Yokai Clan Series 1 Part 2 (both pushed back to September 2) and Bleach Series 11 (delayed to September 9). In a subsequent tweet, Manga said, "We do not manufacture any VizMedia/Kaze DVDs or Blu-rays. They ship them to us from Europe and we sell them. About 25% of our releases this year are Kaze/VizMedia, and 20% being Funimation and 65% being Manga's own acquisitions."
