Man Arrested for Posting Obscene Cosplay Videos of Himself

Kyoto prefectural police arrested a 28-year-old cram school teacher from Nagoya on Wednesday for allegedly posting obscene cosplay videos of himself on the video-streaming site FC2 Dōga. According to police, the man admitted to the charges.
From January 2012 to May 2013, the man allegedly posted 29 videos of himself dressed in female clothes such as anime character cosplay outfits. According to police, the man claimed that since the initial reactions to his videos were interesting, he continued uploading more. Police confiscated 20 outfits from the suspect's home on Wednesday.
On April 16, the man allegedly uploaded a video that exposes his lower body while dressed as a female in a subway station restroom. Police also apprehended three men between the ages of 23 and 43 and one 19-year-old male juvenile for allegedly uploading similar videos on the same website.
Voice and stage actor Norio Imamura was also arrested in 2010 for similar charges. He allegedly posted images of his lower half to show fans that he had finished tattooing his entire body.
