Animator: Love Live! Anime to Air Next Spring

Animator Asako Nishida (Fate/stay night, Ground Control to Psychoelectric Girl, Macross Plus, Sgt. Frog) indicated in her Twitter profile that the Love Live! School idol project television anime will air next spring.
The anime studio Sunrise, the music label Lantis, and ASCII Media Works' Dengeki G Magazine developed Love Live! School idol project as a self-described "ultimate user-participation project" which lets its fans vote on the future of the fictional idol characters. The announcement of an anime series was made at a "μ's First LoveLive!" concert this past February.
