Hiromu Arakawa's Silver Spoon Manga Has 1 Million Printed

The Japanese publisher Shogakukan will have printed 1 million copies of Silver Spoon, the ongoing agricultural manga series from Fullmetal Alchemist creator Hiromu Arakawa, by next month. The second volume is shipping on December 14. Shogakukan only ran 330,000 copies for the first print run of the first volume, and had to order an additional printing after 90,000 sold in the volume's first three days of sale in July.
