Card Game Firm Bushiroad Earns 1st 1-Billion-Yen Month

Bushiroad, a Japanese producer of various trading card games with videogame and anime ties, is earning over 1 billion yen (about US$13,000,000) this month. Takaaki Kidani, CEO of Bushiroad Inc., made the announcement yesterday on his Twitter account. This is the first month since its founding in May 2007 that the company earned this much revenue in a single month.
Anime production credits for Bushiroad include Weiß Survive, Ikki Tōsen: Xtreme Xecutor, and Tantei Opera Milky Holmes.
