Maji de Watashi ni Koi Shinasai Anime Slated for Fall

A Pony Canyon publicity representative who goes by the name "nojitetsu" confirmed on Twitter on Sunday that the Maji de Watashi ni Koi Shinasai!! television anime series will premiere this fall. Keitaro Motonaga (Katanagatari, School Days) and the Studio Larc are adapting MinatoSoft's adult dating simulation game of the same name. The announcement of the premiere date was made at the Dai Minato Matsuri event in Yokohama on Sunday. The event also screened the latest promotional video for Maji de Watashi ni Koi Shinasai!!, and the video will be presented on the anime's official website in the near future.
The slapstick comedy story of the original game is set in a modern-day school and features a boy named Yamato Nanoe who is surrounded by an all-warrior female cast. The game shipped in Japan on August 28, 2009.
