It's HARAJUKU! time again at Proud Camden. Following the raving success of the previous installments, the Japanese-themed club night, held by Criminal Records, returns at Proud Gallery, Camden on Wednesday 16th March. The event will feature eight different themed rooms which will cater for all heads: games, movies, karaoke, comics, art, and of course live music from the hottest bands around. The whole event is about celebrating a love of Japan, as is themed around Japan's underground culture.Get ready to dress like a Geisha, Gothica or Lolita, or a character from your favourite anime. There will be a contest for the best dressed, with nice prizes and surprises, so be creative and show us your passion for Japanese fashion and culture.
There are six live bands scheduled through the evening, while themed zones include the Movie Zone with Anime screenings, and zones based round Jpop, Karaoke and Videogames. The event will be taking donations for Japan earthquake relief.
