posted on by Egan Loo
The Crunchyroll media-distribution website has announced that it will begin simulcasting the Asura Cryin' 2 anime sequel series on Wednesday, September 30 at 7:00 p.m. PDT. The semi-serious school action story revolves around Tomoharu Natsume (Miyu Irino), a boy who has been haunted by a ghosty girl named Misao Minakami (Haruka Tomatsu) — a former childhood friend.
This anime adaptation of Gakuto Mikumo and Nao Watanuki's light novel series will be available from Crunchyroll in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland. Crunchyroll's subscribed Anime Members can see each episode one hour after its Japanese premiere in 480-line progressive resolution, while other users can see the same episode one week later in standard definition. The first Asura Cryin' anime series from the Seven Arcs studio and the Starchild production company will also be available "soon."
