Sequel to Anime Adaptation of ASCII Media Works Light Novel Coming to Crunchyroll Starting October 1st

San Francisco, CA and Tokyo, Japan (September 29, 2009) — Crunchyroll and Starchild announced today the addition of ASURA CRYIN' 2 to Crunchyroll's Fall 2009 Anime Lineup. Adapted from the light novel series published in Dengeki Bunko by Gakuto Mikumo and animated by Seven Arcs, ASURA CRYIN' 2 features the famed video game and anime voice actor Miyu Irino in the lead role of Tomoharu Natsume. Protagonist Tomoharu Natsume is a high school student living by himself. At first glance, he seems to be a normal high school student. However, unlike others, he has a ghost friend Misao Minakami that only he can see. On the day he moved, he was entrusted with a silver trunk by a mysterious woman. That night, he was attacked by a shrine maiden. Tomoharu was about to face the hidden truth of the world.
