7 Former Young Sunday Manga to End in YS Special Mag

The fourth issue of Shogakukan's YS Special magazine announced on Thursday that all seven of the remaining manga series that it inherited from Young Sunday magazine will end in its next issue in January. The YS Special magazine was originally created after Shogakukan ended the 21-year run of its Weekly Young Sunday magazine in July. Young Sunday's final issue announced that 12 of its former titles would continue in YS Special's inaugural issue on September 25. (Despite the title, YS Special is officially an offshoot of Big Comic Spirits, another Shogakukan magazine.)
Of those former Young Sunday's titles that moved to YS Special, three had already ended in the third issue last month: Chō Mukiryoku Sentai Japa-Five, Hana no Miyako, and Miharu Rising. Two more, Tanatos ~Mushikera no Ken~ and Beach Stars, ended in the current fourth issue. Sakuranbo Syndrome - Cupid no Itazura II, Toritsu Mizusho! (The School of Water Business), Odds, Drive Alive, GO-ON!, Ankoro, and Akatsuki no Aegis: Aegis in the Dawn (the continuation of Yami no Aegis: Aegis in the Dark) are the seven titles that will end next month.
Shogakukan has not announced what will happen to the YS Special magazine itself after next month.
