Kimikiss ~various heroines~ Game Manga Ends in Japan (Updated)
posted on by Egan Loo
The artist Tarō Shinonome has abruptly ended his KimiKiss ~various heroines~ manga adaptation of Enterbrain's KimiKiss dating simulation game in this year's 22nd issue of Hakusensha's Young Animal magazine on Friday. The manga had been running in Young Animal since 2006, and four volumes have been compiled and published so far. The same KimiKiss high school romance game also inspired the Kimikiss pure rouge anime series that aired in Japan from 2007 to 2008. There were once five different KimiKiss manga series, but only the first one by Masashi Kokura is still running now in Enterbrain's own Famitsu PS2 magazine (now known as Famitsu PSP+PS3).
Update: According to Amazon.com, Tokyopop will begin releasing Shinonome's KimiKiss ~various heroines~ manga on July 6, 2009.
