Scarecrowman CG Anime's Trailer Video Posted Online

Series about scarecrow that comes alive to premiere on July 3 in Japan
The media company VAP has posted a 15-second trailer of Scarecrowman the Animation, the 3D computer-graphics television series from play set products' Shirō Nakano (Modern Pets characters) and the Tokyo Movie animation studio. The series will premiere in Tokyo on July 3. The title character is a scarecrow who has stood watch in a field for twenty years — until he wakes up one morning after a lightning storm. He ends up helping the daughter of a scarecrow shop owner and becoming friends with her. Yoshio Takeuchi (Oishinbo, Beyblade, Jungle Emperor Leo: The Movie, Cat's Eye season 1) is directing the project based on scripts overseen by Megumi Hiyoshi (Harlock Saga, Soreike! Anpanman).
