Comedy about raising three daughters based on real mom's manga blog
Toei Animation has posted an ad with no audio for Uchi no 3 Shimai (My Three Daughters, or literally, The 3 Sisters in My Family), the family comedy about a mother raising three daughters. The anime series just premiered on TV Tokyo and other Japanese stations on April 8.
The anime adapts Pretz Matsumoto's semi-autobiographical manga blog about experiences similar to her own family. The three sisters are six-year-old older sis Fū, four-year-old free-spirited Sū, and two-year-old Chū (the "president" of the family). The Japanese publisher Shufunomoto has compiled and published the blog entries into six volumes so far.
