For the weekend ending on April 8, Doraemon: Nobita's Adventure in the New Magic World: The 7 Wizards enjoyed its fourth week in second place. One Piece Episode of Alabasta: The Princess and Pirates of the Desert dropped off the top ten chart, but taking its place was The Sword of the Emperor, a live-action adaptation of the novel by Onmyoji author Baku Yumemakura. Katsuhiro Otomo's live-action adaptation of the Mushishi manga swapped places with the double feature of King of Beetles: Mushiking Super Battle Movie: The Upgraded Armored Beetle of Darkness and Fashionable Witches Love and Berry: The Magic of Happiness at ninth and tenth respectively.
