Errata: OKWAP Taiwanese, Not Japanese

Previously we stated that OKWAP was a Japanese company. OKWAP is actually headquartered in Taiwan. In addition to their Astro Boy themed cell phone, OKWAP also has several Hello Kitty themed cell phones. ANN apologises for this error.
