Anime Nation and Right Stuf Remove Prefectural Earth Defense Force From their Catalogs.
Anime on DVD reports that The Right Stuf International has removed Prefectural Earth Defense Force (PEDF) from its catalog.
ADV Spokesperson Chris Oar told Anime on DVD that PEDF was never intended for solicitation to retail accounts and that it will be offered via the ADV website exclusively.
Anime Nation has also removed the title from their catalog, stating that it was formally offered to "any retailers that chose to carry it" via printed solicitation. Anime Nation confirmed the report with ADV and has removed the product from their catalog.
Amazon.com has not removed the title from their catalog.
