Site Layout Work

We're making some minor tweaks to ANN's layout in order to accommodate our advertisers' standard rectangle banners (previously we forced them to use non-standard banners that fit our layout). The current layout will be tweaked in the coming days to maintain the proper look while accommodating the rectangles. We'll also be tweaking it for some new site features, after which time we will begin making the appropriate changes to the other skins.
